I need to stay out of social media groups that have me running to the store, or to my phone to online shop! It’s not hard to convince me to try a new product if it is going to make my life a bit easier when it comes to household chores.

Between vacuum cleaners and mops, I’ve owned more than one probably should in their lifetime. I will save my vacuum story for another day and time, because I am still working on that…but as far as a mop, I think I have found my new favorite product.

In my experience, the good old fashion mop has always worked best for cleaning hardwood floors. But, who wants to deal with the hassle of wringing out the mop? Not me, so I was excited when the Swifter mop was introduced. It has been my go-to mop of choice for several years. However, I have never felt that the Swifter mop gets my floors ‘clean-clean’.

I was in a social media group recently where someone posted a question about what is the best mop to use. I scrolled through hundreds of comments, and came across the O-Cedar Spin Mop. The price point was impressive, and the fact that I did not have to wring out a mop, I was sold.
